The Dictionary Set
The Dictionary is sold as a complete set. If you wish to return The Dictionary for a refund, the entire set must be returned in its original condition.
Partial returns of individual hooks from The Dictionary are not eligible for refunds.
If a hook within The Dictionary arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We may replace the affected hook without requiring the return of the entire set.
Return Shipping Costs
If you change your mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Refunds
